Tucker Legacy – Gen 1.1
After my Redfern legacy saved game completely died on me, I started a new one. Tucker Legacy!
Meet Violet Tucker! Nothing Random about this sim. I chose absolutely everything for her, but the heirs will all be random roll-of-the-dice offspring. I haven’t played the Journo field yet, so I made it her LTW.
RIP Redfern
My Redfern family is gone. Think something went wrong when I made a new cemetary. The game kept crashing as soon as you zoomed onto a family member. I tried copying it, but the copies also crashed. I tried exporting the family, but even the town planner crashed. Other saved towns loaded, but none of them had the Redfern family.
So 2 lessons learned: Backup! and don’t attempt a cemetary again. Use the regular in-game one.
So of course I started a new legacy family: The Tucker family! I have to complete at least 1 legacy. urg.
New Sims 2 wall overlays!
IRL I’m besotted with wall vinyl decals. So I made some for my sims too.
I made a dry tree, singlebed headboard, and cameo picture frame.

It had to happen
My legacy founder died on Sunday, at the ripe old age of 92days. She was still hacking away on her laptop… then *twinkle-twinkle* she starts sPaRkLiNg and *poof* Death appears. Didn’t have an option to plead for her. Weird thing is that she had a Death-Flower in her inventory.
Also her inventory transferred to her daughter-in-law, Shelley.
Her urn has some nice gold leaf, but I put it in the garden – me course hurriedly built a family cemetery. Think I’ll convert another plot as the family grave yard.
This is sort ofta gaming milestone for me. See, I don’t like it when my Sims die, so I’ve never played past the third generation. Can only get easier now.
I made a deal
I made a bet with my husband; if I win, he buys me the Sims 3 World Adventures expansion pack.
Now I just have to get a doctor’s appointment to prove him wrong.
Redfern Lagacy – Gen 2.7
Last time we left the Redferns: Shelley embraced elderhood a la EAugly, and there was a lot of painting and births going on. One death… but she wasn’t family. Patricia still kicking it!
Redfern Legacy – Gen 2.6
Last time we left the Redferns, Patrick and Shelly got married and immediately started working on producing the next heir.
