Redfern Legacy – Gen 2.5
Last time we saw the Redfern’s Patrick and Shelly got engaged. Patricia achieved her LTW. Patrick is getting pumped for the wedding!

The extra money that Shelly brought in allowed me to renovate the house a little. I’ll explain below a bout the stereo I the front yard.
There is now a separate kitchen, so there’s a bigger dining area. I also added a hobby/game/gym room for those miscellaneous objects and activities.
Patricia got a mini challenge to upgrade a stereo. Her handyness skill lacking a bit, I got Patrick to do it. *sigh* Didn’t work, now she can’t give the stereo back cause the challenge isn’t “completed”. So I sold it – and that backfired too. Now Patricia has to pay it back.
Patricia isn’t fazed though by having to spent extra moolah – she’s a painting master… mistress. Materpiece!
So THAT’s how you get to grow an Omni Plant. I honestly only saw that when I was editing these pics. Next time I play, I’ll try growing one.
On a side note, you can SHARE the collection helper amongst sims! Just place it on the ground and pick it up again. No need for every one of the avid collecting sims saving points to get one. And if money is really tight, you can sell it for §7,200!
Planning the wedding is getting Patrick a little worked up.

Everyone’s getting ready for the wedding. I chose a nice pants suit for Patricia – the game is seriously lacking senior formal wear.

The guests are ready – some of these formal outfits just scare me. The white haired man by the chess set is Boyd Wellman (Patrick’s dad). He and Patricia sneak off for their own private picnic.

Bit of a moodlet spam! How cool is it that EA keeps track of family relations. And that ‘Become a Grandparent’ wish is typical. Patricia is just SO proud to be Mother of the Groom.

And the lesson here is never to give up on your dreams; so it’s ok to play chess pn your wedding day if you want to be a Chess Master.

Not the most inspiring undies for your wedding night. With every sim in a good mood, it’s perfect to get working on those grandkids… and generation 3.
